I recently had my expectations met with this cleaning service. The attention to detail was lacking, leading to some items returning not as clean as anticipated. Communication could also use some improvement, as I felt left in the dark about the status of my order. Overall, it was an experience that didn't quite meet my needs. 🧼❌
