J'ai appelé pour organiser une réunion avec l'un de leurs associés. La secrétaire m'a informé que personne n'était dans le bureau et que je pouvais laisser un message. Je n ai pas reçu d appel au bout de 3 jours, j ai donc décidé de rappeler. La secrétaire a dit que l'homme à qui elle parlait était actuellement avec un client et qu'il me rappellera plus tard dans la journée. J'ai reçu un appel, nous avons parlé brièvement des services dont j'avais besoin, sans jamais discuter du montant d'argent qu'il manipulerait si je devais faire affaire avec cette entreprise. L'homme poursuit en disant qu'il est l'un des associés supérieurs (peut-être en partie propriétaire) et qu'il me dirigerait pour quelqu'un qui est moins cher, mais je n'ai jamais indiqué le montant d'argent qu'il manipulerait. Il poursuit en disant qu'il prend des clients plus âgés qui sont référés par ses autres clients et qu'il estime que je serais mieux servi avec quelqu'un qui est moins cher que lui, encore une fois, nous n'avons jamais discuté du nombre. Faire l'hypothèse que je n'avais pas assez d'argent pour payer son service était très impoli et dépréciant! Je refuse de faire des affaires avec de telles personnes.
