Ne vous approchez pas de ce courtage. Nous avons eu la désagréable expérience de travailler avec eux pour trouver un immeuble d'investissement commercial après quelques entretiens. Ils ne se soucient pas de vous ou de votre investissement, ils veulent vous vendre quoi que ce soit et obtenir leur argent de toutes les manières possibles, même si cela signifie vous persuader dans quelque chose en quoi ils ne croient pas. escrow ferme, ils n'ont pas manipulé les travaux de papier appropriés, à savoir. notre nouveau locataire ne sait même pas qu'il y a eu une vente et ne nous a même pas envoyé le loyer pendant 2 mois! Et aussi le prêteur hypothécaire qu'ils ont référé et avec qui vous vouliez travailler, ils sont dans le même schéma de ne payer que leur commission. J'ai dû payer à ce prêteur une grosse somme d'argent pour découvrir qu'il nous offrait les pires conditions de prêt et qu'il ne s'était même pas donné la peine de négocier en notre nom. Tous nos e-mails avec lui impliquent % de commission, la seule chose dont ils se souciaient. Pires expériences que nous avons avec l'achat d'un bien immobilier.

Ils sont étonnants!!! Kyle Matthews a lancé cette entreprise et a engagé Dave Harrington pour diriger le secteur des appartements. Ces gars sont comme Batman et Robin. Le meilleur groupe avec qui traiter. J'ai acheté 3 propriétés avec leur aide au cours de la dernière année. Je les recommande à tout le monde.

Cette société m'appelle environ 2 à 3 fois par semaine pour savoir si nous sommes intéressés par des propriétés situées dans des états différents. Je leur ai dit à plusieurs reprises d'arrêter d'appeler, de me retirer de leur liste de contacts et que cela ne nous intéressait pas. Comment ou pourquoi une petite organisation à but non lucratif de Los Angeles achèterait un immeuble au Texas (ce n'est qu'un exemple)?! Ils disent que j'ai cliqué sur une de leurs publicités pour faire un suivi. Ils savent également que je ne suis pas intéressé et ont commencé à répondre à leurs appels sans identifier la société avec laquelle ils sont. Je ne sais pas de quoi ils parlent car je bloque tous les e-mails qui viennent d'eux (j'en reçois tellement). Même ainsi, ils en prennent un qui aurait vu un e-mail comme une invitation ouverte à les barrer d'appels téléphoniques non sollicités. Notre organisation pourrait potentiellement avoir des affaires, ici à Los Angeles, mais je ne considérerai JAMAIS cette entreprise à cause de ce harcèlement qui ne cessera pas.

Malheureusement, ils sont très peu professionnels. Nous avons essayé de louer un espace et après être allés plusieurs fois dans l'espace et rédigé une lettre d'intention avec leur aide, ils ne se sont même pas donné la peine de nous répondre. Lorsque nous avons contacté notre agent, il n'a pas décroché le téléphone et n'a pas rappelé. Au bout de quelques jours, je l'ai appelé en utilisant un autre téléphone de mon ami, il a décroché mais il a fait semblant de n'avoir jamais reçu mon message. C'était comme travailler avec un enfant immature.
