J'ai acheté une machine et depuis le 15 novembre, j'ai demandé un service et un remplacement du toner par mesure de précaution. À ce jour, après avoir parlé à beaucoup, y compris la haute direction, toujours pas de service. Maintenant, ma machine demande du toner. Très déçu. Vous recherchez une autre source de ce service et n'achèterez plus jamais un copieur auprès de cette organisation ni ne les recommanderez.

De plus, nous sommes une organisation à but non lucratif. J'ai demandé une certaine indulgence dans la tarification et j'ai plutôt dû supprimer ma demande pour que le toner soit installé et qu'un mot de passe soit configuré. Grande image d'entreprise McAl.
