Cette entreprise assurait le transport de mon ami très malade. Ils la transporteraient en dialyse. Ils ont appelé une demi-heure avant le ramassage et ont annulé tout autre transport. Nous n'avons donc aucun moyen de l'amener en dialyse. Ils n'avaient aucune inquiétude à ce sujet. Cela aurait été bien d'avoir quelques jours pour mettre en place autre chose puisqu'elle mourra sans dialyse. Chose très cruelle à faire.

Si je ne dois plus jamais utiliser cette entreprise, je ne le ferai pas. Ils m'ont donné l'impression que je les ai réveillés de leur sommeil. J'ai eu un muscle tiré dans le bas du dos à cause d'une chute la veille. Je pouvais à peine marcher. Ils ont dit que leur civière ne rentrait pas dans ma porte d'entrée et ils m'ont fait descendre les marches pour me rendre à la civière. Ils n'étaient pas sympathiques au fait que j'ai subi une arthroplastie totale du genou l'année dernière et que j'ai toujours mal. Le trajet a été le plus cahoteux de tous les temps. Le gars qui montait à l'arrière avec moi m'a demandé ce qui m'avait fait appeler à 3 heures du matin? Peut-être que s'il y pensait, j'avais mal. Je conduirai moi-même la prochaine fois et j'espère ne pas avoir à payer pour ce service.
