Mon expérience a été désagréable pendant le processus d'entrevue. Environnement peu accueillant et arrogance limite de la part de quelques individus. Thomas Vacca, l'un des intervieweurs, a été implacable / impoli en remettant en question mes antécédents professionnels en me demandant qui je connaissais et pourquoi j'avais quitté les entreprises précédentes. Me faisant sentir comme si j'étais mensongère ou comme si je cachais quelque chose alors qu'en fait j'ai accepté de rencontrer Micro Stamping après qu'ils m'ont appelé à la recherche d'un candidat. Pendant les grillades et quand mes réponses n'étaient pas à son goût, il semblait avoir baissé la tête. Malheureusement, j'ai abandonné après la deuxième question et j'ai continué. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas fait mes recherches sur cette entreprise avant de postuler. Frank Semcer, le directeur des ressources humaines, était gentil mais n'a pas eu la décence de répondre à mon e-mail de post-entretien pour le remercier de l'opportunité de le rencontrer.
Je ne peux pas imaginer à quel point l'environnement de travail est toxique chez Micro. C'est malheureux et c'est une leçon apprise.
