Les horaires et le personnel de la réception ont rendu notre séjour agréable avant même de franchir la porte. Le Dr Ross est très compétent et attentionné. Il a passé beaucoup de temps à expliquer son examen et les radiographies de la blessure subie par mon enfant. Il nous a dit à quoi s'attendre et à quoi faire attention à l'avenir. Il nous a ensuite référé à un excellent physiothérapeute pour aider à renforcer la zone blessée. Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits et rassurés que nous sommes entre de bonnes mains.

Le Dr Ross est un excellent médecin qui est très attentif et attentif à vos besoins. À chaque rendez-vous, il prend le temps de vous parler en profondeur de tout et de tout revoir avec vous. Son personnel de la réception est également super.

Nous avons rencontré le Dr Ross dans des circonstances d'urgence à 22 heures un soir. Il nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise et calmé nos craintes. Il a également changé tout son horaire pour pouvoir opérer mon mari à 6 heures du matin le lendemain matin. Nous n'aurions pas pu demander un chirurgien plus gentil, plus compatissant ou plus compétent! Je recommande vivement le Dr Ross à tous ceux qui recherchent les compétences et l'expertise d'un neurochirurgien.
