Terribles pratiques commerciales! Ils m'ont facturé 80,00 $ pour une estimation sur un chauffe-eau! J'ai appelé 2 autres entreprises et elles ne m'ont rien facturé pour faire de même. J'ai essayé de raisonner avec la directrice du bureau Melissa - qui était extrêmement impolie et elle ne voulait tout simplement pas écouter et répétait sans cesse les stands de 80 $ - et qu'elle mettrait 80,00 $ pour l'achat d'un nouveau chauffe-eau chez eux - Ils étaient aussi l'estimation la plus élevée des 3 entreprises que j'ai appelées !!! Restez à l'écart de cette entreprise !! 80 $ pour une estimation = vol!

M'a dit qu'ils se présenteraient et ne l'ont jamais fait.
