Ma famille achète une nouvelle maison sous la direction de projet de cette entreprise. À ce jour, nous avons dépassé de 2,5 mois la date de clôture prévue et la construction de notre maison n'a même pas commencé. Il est compréhensible que ces retards soient exagérés par Covid, et certains retards ne font naturellement partie que du processus.
TOUTEFOIS, le chef de projet de cette société et son représentant chargé de nous fournir des mises à jour est complètement inconsidéré et incompétent pour nous tenir informés des progrès; ou plutôt, des retards continus. À ce jour, soit plus de 8 mois maintenant, je dois demander une mise à jour, qui peut prendre des semaines à être fournie. Au fur et à mesure que les dates cibles d'achèvement des jalons arrivent, personne ne semble être en mesure de confirmer si le jalon était terminé, en cours ou retardé pendant des semaines ... inutile!
J'ai contacté le président et j'espère que cela suscitera une amélioration, mais jusqu'à preuve du contraire, je ne ferais plus jamais volontairement affaire avec l'entreprise.
