Sans conteste la pire entreprise avec laquelle j'ai jamais travaillé. Leur service client est l'un des pires. Ils ne retournent JAMAIS les appels téléphoniques, les courriels ou tout type de communication.

Je suis un client fidèle depuis plus de 5 ans et je leur ai référé des affaires. Je faisais partie de leur programme de parrainage et je leur ai référé plusieurs comptes de traitement marchand, dont je devais recevoir des commissions. J'ai reçu des commissions deux fois, puis j'ai été exclu du système et je n'ai plus jamais payé. Je me plains de cela depuis près de 4 ans et je reçois toujours la solution. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu de réponse et tous mes appels téléphoniques et courriels restent sans réponse.

Je n'utiliserais cette société pour rien. Je n'ai été que bon pour cette entreprise, je leur ai référé des affaires et ils m'ont traité avec rien d'autre qu'un manque de respect.

Je suis en train de changer de service et j'ai envoyé un e-mail de masse à tous mes clients que j'ai référés et ils fermeront également leurs comptes et changeront de services.

Je n'attends pas de réponse, mais je chercherai différents canaux pour les signaler pour leur programme de partenaire frauduleux, car ils ne paient pas les commissions qu'ils prétendent que vous obtiendrez et pour moi, c'est de la fraude.

J'espère que cet article aide quelqu'un, S'IL VOUS PLAÎT ne pas utiliser cette société POUR RIEN! Croyez-moi, je suis un client fidèle depuis plus de 5 ans, ils vous traiteront comme si votre entreprise importait peu pour eux.
