J'étais ravi de voir ce produit embellir l'attrait de ma maison. Il était facile à installer et avait l'air bien au départ. Malheureusement, je ne recommanderais pas NextStone pour être utilisé à l'extérieur. Ou à l'intérieur si vous avez des animaux.
Je préviens tous ceux qui l'installeront à l'extérieur que si des animaux font pipi sur le produit NextStone (chats ou chiens errants/du quartier), le produit tachera en blanc et aucune quantité de peinture de retouche ne le rendra beau à nouveau.
L'entreprise dit qu'elle peut gérer à l'extérieur, mais je pense que ce n'est pas le cas.
L'entreprise a été impolie au téléphone et a estimé qu'elle ne répondait pas à ses normes de garantie.
Je pensais que les gens devraient savoir.

J'ai lu une autre critique sur Yahoo qui disait que les pics avaient ruiné son NextStone et que la société ne le garantissait pas non plus.

Je voulais crier à Anita G. Elle était super professionnelle et m'a aidé à faire correspondre le vieux revêtement de placage que j'avais sur ma maison lorsque je l'ai acheté. Certains des meilleurs services client que j'ai jamais expérimentés. Merci encore Nextstone !!!

PREMIER PROBLÈME: ils n'ont pas appelé et n'ont laissé aucun message concernant la date de livraison prévue. En conséquence, nous avons dû contacter LOWES pour savoir ce qui se passait. LOWES a contacté NEXTSTONE et apparemment, l'employé de NEXTSTONE était TRÈS impoli envers le gestionnaire de bas.
DEUXIÈME: Le livreur était TRÈS RUDE!
TROISIEME: En raison de ce qui précède, le PROJET A RETARDÉ, avait des travailleurs sur place prêts à travailler ET RIEN À FAIRE.
QUATRIÈME: Ils ont envoyé la MAUVAISE COULEUR DE PIERRE!
CINQUIEME: NEXTSTONE n'a pas envoyé la totalité de la commande. Manque toutes les pièces de coin !!!!!! LES INSTALLATEURS NE POURRAIENT PAS FAIRE LE TRAVAIL, UNE FOIS ENCORE, EN RAISON DU TRAITEMENT INEFFICACE DE NEXTSTONE.
SIXIÈME: Nous avons appelé NEXTSTONE directement, nous leur avons dit qu'ils n'avaient pas envoyé la bonne couleur et que les pièces de coin n'étaient pas livrées. UNE FOIS ENCORE, UN EMPLOYÉ TRÈS RUDE, PLUS OU MOINS ACCUSÉ DE MENTRER SUR CE QUI A ÉTÉ REÇU.
SEPTIÈME: Encore une fois parlé avec le directeur de Lowes concernant ce qui précède. Il a essayé de remédier, mais nous a conseillé, lui aussi était mal traité!
HUITIÈME: NEXTSTONE N'A JAMAIS OFFRÉ D'EXCÈS, N'A PAS «PROPRIÉ» À LEURS ERREURS, NI N'A OFFRÉ AUCUNE RÉMUNÉRATION DE TYPE.
ACHETEUR ATTENTION !!!!!!!!! LA SOCIÉTÉ SEMBLE NE PAS SE soucier DU CLIENT, DU TOUT !!!
LOWES A ÉTÉ TRÈS UTILE EN TANT QUE REMÉDIATEUR, MAIS ELLES ONT TROP ÉTÉ RENCONTRÉ LA RUDENESS.

J'ai récemment réalisé 2 grands projets de NextStone et je me lance dans 3 & 4. J'ai choisi la pierre suivante pour le futur entrepôt de mon entreprise. C'est incroyable à quel point il est meilleur en termes de facilité d'installation et de durabilité par rapport aux autres placages de pierre que j'ai utilisés dans le passé. Bellastone n'étant plus sur le marché, j'attends avec impatience de nombreux autres projets NextStone alors que nous grandissons tous les deux ensemble.
