Leur service client est nul. J'ai laissé deux messages à Greg Sisk le superviseur de la peinture et il ne m'a jamais rappelé une seule fois. J'ai travaillé dans le secteur public et je sais à quel point il est important pour un client de recevoir un rappel téléphonique. J'ai parlé avec Kaci et elle m'a assuré qu'elle donnerait un autre message à Greg Sisk pour qu'il me rappelle et cela fait trois semaines et je n'ai pas entendu parler de lui. Je suis propriétaire de mon bateau depuis 2001/2002 et si c'est le service que vous obtenez d'une entreprise appartenant à un employé, je n'achèterais pas du tout un autre bateau. Donc, tous ceux qui me posent des questions sur mon bateau, je leur dis que le bateau va bien mais leur service client est nul et de ne pas acheter chez eux.
