Quel est le problème de ce pôle emploi? Ils sont assez agressifs et insistent pour rencontrer tous les employeurs de cet immeuble, en personne, pendant les heures de pointe.
Si mon patron est occupé et que j'insiste pour prendre un message, ou si j'insiste pour que vous preniez sa carte de visite pour prendre rendez-vous, ne me demandez pas de prendre le temps de mon horaire chargé pour les appeler personnellement, car Je sais qu'ils ne peuvent pas décrocher leur téléphone.
Très peu professionnel, si cela est un indicateur de la façon dont leurs mentors entraînent des employés potentiels, je suis très déçu. Je suis particulièrement déçue par la grande femme asiatique, aux cheveux courts noirs (je regrette de ne pas avoir eu son nom) pour qui, en signe de bonne volonté, j'ai appelé mon patron.
Apparemment, je n'ai pas très bien expliqué à mon patron ce que fait cette agence pour l'emploi. Quel genre de moyen est-ce de traiter quelqu'un qui a pris son déjeuner pour lui, de se battre pour lui? Incroyable.
