De toute évidence, le bureau de la santé mentale de la 5e Avenue est négligent lorsqu'il s'agit de vérifier les maisons de l'Odyssey pour voir si les choses fonctionnent correctement dans ces endroits. Il y a beaucoup de négligence dans ces endroits. Il m'est arrivé tellement de choses à Odyssey House Harbour et à Odyssey House Park Avenue que cela me donne juste envie d'avertir beaucoup de gens qu'ils ne sont pas ce qu'ils prétendent être. Ils sont du bon personnel mais le mauvais l'emporte sur le bien. Ils semblent aimer engager des tyrans.

Les représentants parlent comme des robots lorsque vous appelez en disant la même ligne programmée pour laquelle ils ont été formés pour dire qu'ils sont très mal informés sur tout ce qui concerne la santé mentale, VOUS AUREZ BESOIN DE PARLER À UN SUPERVISEUR; leur part du problème global auquel nous sommes confrontés tous les jours avec nos personnes handicapées mentales, ce programme est un buste et doit être révisé.
