Cette entreprise fabrique non seulement, mais soutient leurs produits. J'ai acheté un surmatelas en caoutchouc dans un magasin de Nevada City et j'ai lavé par erreur la housse à fermeture à glissière après quelques années, en pensant que 1-elle était zippée pour être retirée 2-ne pas voir les instructions de lavage ni un avertissement de ne pas le faire sur l'étiquette. Quand il a rétréci dans un lavage à l'eau froide / séchage à l'air au point que je ne pouvais plus le mettre en place, j'ai contacté OMI et ils l'ont très gentiment remplacé pour moi. J'ai été ravi et encouragé par leur service client.

Acheté de la literie, des oreillers et un surmatelas en laine à ces gars. Le premier sommeil était hier soir, la literie était presque trop douce et confortable. Pour des feuilles de 300 thr cnt, ils ont l'impression d'être beaucoup plus que cela. Claire nous a aidés avec notre commande puisque nous sommes du Canada. Elle était facile à parler et a fait le maximum pour nous aider avec notre commande. Merci OMI, ma femme parle déjà du prochain jeu de feuilles à commander = P
