Avantages:
1. Deux jours de travail à domicile par mois.
2. Famille comme aptomosphère.
3. Les heures de base sont de 9 h à 15 h. (J'ai travaillé de 7 h à 15 h - pas de déjeuner)
4. Six jours fériés payés, doivent travailler 8 heures avant et après / ou utiliser les vacances pour être payé.
Les inconvénients:
1. AUCUNE AUGMENTATION ANNUELLE!
2. Les vacances ne sont PAS payées une fois votre avis donné.
3. C'est une attente, une fois formé, pour que vous sachiez tout.
- Les processus sont dépassés et c'est votre travail Bible.
- La base de données est obsolète.
4. La conception en ligne offre des avantages, mais ils ne contribuent pas en tant qu'entreprise.
5. Trop de réunions!
6. Le poste de Vendor Managers a le chiffre d'affaires le plus élevé. Si une VM quitte son travail, elle est divisée entre les autres VM et quelqu'un sera éventuellement embauché.
7. Aucune formation donnée sur SAP et les soumissions de tickets pour les factures fournisseurs. Cela prendra beaucoup de temps en tant que VM.
Dans l'ensemble, des gens formidables avec qui travailler au quotidien. C'est une fin d'exercice très stressante. La dernière chose que je dirai, c'est que les Vendor Managers sont sous-estimés.
