I recently tried out an online booking service for my business, and the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the various features offered for managing appointments. However, I found the customer support to be lacking in responsiveness. I had a few inquiries and it took quite some time to receive a reply. Additionally, while the system was functional, I didn't find it particularly user-friendly. Some of the features were not intuitive, and it took me a while to figure out how to customize certain settings. Overall, the service served its purpose adequately, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and user experience.
