Je viens de terminer un cours de formation de base de 40 heures sur la médiation et la résolution des conflits vraiment formidable offert virtuellement par l'OCHR. Le cours était relativement abordable et très bien conçu. Il comportait un excellent équilibre entre les cours en direct du soir et du week-end (instructions, questions-réponses, discussions en petits groupes et simulations d'études de cas dirigées) ainsi que des devoirs substantiels et soigneusement sélectionnés (lecture, visionnage de vidéos et évaluations de compréhension/réflexion). L'enseignante principale de l'OCHR, Lenora Forschner, était engageante, réactive et organisée et elle a été rejointe pour chaque classe par plusieurs autres membres du personnel de l'OCHR qui ont offert leurs points de vue, leurs commentaires et leur coaching. Le personnel, tous des médiateurs expérimentés, était attentionné, attentionné et énergique. Ce fut une expérience formidable et elle a dépassé mes attentes - je le recommande vivement, que l'intention soit d'appliquer les apprentissages personnellement, via des activités de bénévolat et/ou professionnellement !

Une arnaque complète cette organisation est sans valeur et composée de personnes incompétentes et elles ne font pas ce qu'elles devraient faire pour les droits de l'homme, c'est une abomination grotesque

Totalement une arnaque et je ne veux que stimuler l'ego. Profiter d'utiliser les gens comme appât d'argent est une erreur.
