Je lui donne 1 étoile en fonction de l'expérience acquise avec le club, ce club est comme la plupart des orillia vous trouverez les membres de l'exécutif en train de jouer à des jeux et de gagner de l'argent, mais aucune implication du conseil d'administration pour aider à moins que $ change de mains. Le club n'investit pas d'argent dans le développement du programme de football d'Orillia, les dirigeants sont des hommes âgés qui fournissent des uniformes bon marché sans nom, des balles pas chères de 5 ans et pas assez de balles pour l'entraînement ou les jeux. Les équipes itinérantes ne paient rien de plus, pas de meilleurs uniformes comme les autres clubs ou de coaching supplémentaire. La majorité des clubs font des extras pour les équipes u comme innisfil, bracebridge ou barrie font pour les équipes U orillia écume et sauve. Le club a besoin d'une bonne refonte et de déménager toutes les personnes impliquées au sommet de la vieille garde derrière l'argent et de s'arrêter avec les accords de porte dérobée à celui qui fournit les kits et investit dans le club et la marque d'allégement orillia. Barrie a traversé une mauvaise passe et est revenu plus fort en raison de la corruption. Orillia a du mal dans tous les groupes d'âge en tant que club de football et les autres clubs le savent, ODS est de l'orge accroché à un club, ses nouveaux employés à orillia pour le maintenir en vie mais ils viennent pendant un an puis partent ... Les zones et la pensée d'Orillia est si vous n'êtes pas heureux de prendre votre balle Tim bits et d'aller ailleurs pour le football, encore une fois la mentalité de la vieille garde se plaindre tombe dans l'oreille d'un sourd. Je dis économisez votre argent avec oro, Warminster, Wasaga Beach, Rama ou Bracebridge si votre local pour la ligue maison vous obtiendrez une meilleure valeur $ et un club qui vous soutiendra en tant que joueur. Si vous recherchez une équipe de développement, allez à Barrie, vous ne trouverez malheureusement pas une équipe décente à Orilia. ODS ne peut pas recruter des joueurs de qualité, ils ne savent pas comment recruter des joueurs de la ligue maison ou faire revenir les joueurs. Le club est vraiment en ruine, sans entraîneurs dans les timbits, les équipes de la ligue maison sont empilées et pas assez de joueurs de qualité pour vos équipes de tous âges. Ils n'ont pas non plus suffisamment d'entraîneurs ou de qualité pour les équipes et ne paieront pas pour la formation des entraîneurs. Trop de clubs font en sorte que les parents en déposent des centaines dans un programme de coaching amateur non rémunéré et des kits de 20 $ fabriqués en Chine et orillia est l'un des pires rapport qualité-prix. J'aimerais vraiment voir les choses changer au club, mais tant que le conseil d'administration ne changera pas et ne partira pas et peut-être qu'un audit des dépenses ne changera pas. Tous les dirigeants ont des chemises rouge vif, ils doivent être pour les tournois de golf parce qu'ils ne savent pas comment diriger un club.

Je suis impliqué dans ce club depuis 15 ans. C'est un club de qualité. Le nombre de membres augmente, l'équipement et les champs sont les meilleurs de la région. Ils ont plus d'équipes de voyage et de loisirs que tout autre à moins de 30 minutes d'Orillia. Ils forment bien leurs arbitres, paient les entraîneurs bénévoles pour suivre des cours et ont un programme de niveau d'entrée vraiment solide. Les frais d'inscription sont faibles par rapport à à peu près n'importe quel autre sport.
