Le personnel est très attentionné et professionnel. Les robes sont super chaudes et confortables - pas votre chemise d'hôpital fragile typique.

Les gens ici sont très gentils. Cependant, il existe trop de centres du sein très réputés dans ce domaine pour supporter ce type de soins médicaux. Après une mammographie suspecte, une échographie a été réalisée. Cela est revenu "normal" et on m'a dit de revenir dans un an. Sept mois plus tard, j'ai un cancer du sein de stade 4. Compte tenu de la durée, mes professionnels de la santé m'ont dit que j'avais probablement cela au moment de la mammographie. Incompétence flagrante de la part du radiologue et / ou du technicien qui a réalisé l'échographie. Honte aux médecins qui n'ont plus fait de suivi après une lecture suspecte et une lecture claire. Ils recourent au «standard de soins» puisque 90% des cas n'ont pas besoin de suivi supplémentaire. Très triste pour les 10% d'entre nous qui le font. Depuis ce temps, j'ai été «traité» par le système avec peu ou pas de considération pour mon cas personnel. La seule bonne chose est que j'ai trouvé un oncologue incroyable. J'ai très peur de compter sur Park Nicollet pour effectuer des tests de suivi dans le but de détecter si / quand le cancer réapparaît.

29 juin 2020. Bien qu'il y ait un bouclier Plexi au comptoir d'enregistrement, la réceptionniste n'était évidemment pas en train de porter un masque pour prévenir les covid. Le masque ne couvrait pas le nez et les lèvres étaient visibles alors que la personne parlait aux patients avant et m'incluait. À un moment donné, la réceptionniste est allée parler avec le superviseur et a remonté son masque en s'éloignant afin qu'elle sache évidemment la bonne façon de porter son masque lorsqu'elle parle aux superviseurs et ce serait bien si les patients étaient traités avec le même niveau de sécurité et considération.
