Tout d'abord, le personnel de Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, & Thyme San Jose (PSRT) était un RÊVE avec lequel travailler tout au long du processus ... plus particulièrement Paige sur place et Gemma dans les ventes! Ils ont fait de leur mieux avec l'espace disponible, donnant à l'espace un aspect vraiment festif et élégant. Ils étaient de VRAIS résolveurs de problèmes et étaient désireux à chaque instant d'offrir leur aide et leur supervision. Leur timing n'aurait pas pu être meilleur.
Deuxièmement, et peut-être le plus important, la nourriture était DÉLICIEUSE et tous nos invités en étaient ravis. Notre événement avait besoin de saveurs et de fraîcheur, tout en étant également dédié aux ingrédients sains et aux produits biologiques. Les chefs l'ont fait sortir du parc.
Troisièmement, ils sont bien plus que des traiteurs. Ils pensent vraiment comme des planificateurs d'événements et sont en contact avec des fleuristes, des sociétés de location de meubles, des arrangeurs de ballons et des spécialistes du divertissement en direct.
Si vous planifiez un événement et avez besoin d'un service de restauration à San Jose, êtes et envisagez de travailler avec le PSRT ... Je dis: ne marchez pas - COURIR! Ces gars-là sont, dans tous les sens du terme, les meilleurs.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas 6 étoiles. S'il y en avait, le PSRT recevrait 6 étoiles de ma part!
PSRT a organisé un mariage en plein air pour nous en juillet 2017.
L'événement a eu lieu aux Gamble Gardens à Palo Alto.
C'était ma toute première utilisation dans une entreprise de restauration, j'étais définitivement un client nerveux, incertain et nécessitant beaucoup de maintenance. Shannon, Gemma et Debbie étaient de véritables pros. Avec beaucoup de mains, ils m'ont guidé tout au long du processus. Gemma était patiente, flexible, courtoise, empathique, créative et surtout très compétente. Lorsque l'estimation dépassait le budget, elle a travaillé avec moi pour que les chiffres entrent dans le budget. Debbie, une copropriétaire nous a rencontrés sur place avant l'événement pour planifier et coordonner le jour de l'événement. PSRT a fait plus que la restauration; ils ont fourni et installé les chaises pour la cérémonie, coordonné l'arrivée du gâteau, mis en place les tables et placé les fleurs et bien plus encore.
Sans oublier, le dîner buffet était superbe. La nourriture était excellente. J'ai reçu de nombreux compliments de nos invités.
Le mariage et la réception étaient absolument parfaits.
Merci beaucoup PSRT d'avoir fait de cette journée un moment vraiment mémorable pour nous et nos invités.
Quand nous aurons à nouveau besoin de restauration, ce sera définitivement PSRT !!!
Je donne à cet endroit un double coup de pouce. hâte de revenir avec mes collègues. les prix sont justes pour la qualité de la nourriture. la nourriture et l'atmosphère me rappellent Kansas City.
