La distillerie Pearse Lyons est une distillerie unique située au cœur de The Liberties, à Dublin. La distillerie a été fondée par le Dr Pearse Lyons, qui est né et a grandi en Irlande, mais a ensuite déménagé aux États-Unis pour poursuivre sa carrière dans la nutrition animale.
