Voici quelques choses que je trouve frustrantes au point de me mettre en colère.
-L'image qu'ils ont ne correspond pas à l'adresse actuelle actuelle.
-Le numéro qu'ils ont en ligne est inopérant et ne fonctionne pas en décourageant les gens de les contacter.
-Les trois numéros qu'ils ont pour leur immeuble ne fonctionnent pas.
-Ils occupent deux étages du bâtiment, ce qui rend difficile de parler à un représentant
-Ils n'acceptent que les chèques ou les mandats, laissant une méthode en ligne impossible à utiliser.
-Le bureau frount dans le hall du rez-de-chaussée ne dispose pas d'un moyen valide de contacter le bureau.
-Lorsqu'ils sont payés par chèque, ils ont mis jusqu'à huit jours pour effacer les paiements des frais risquant de dessiner mon compte non pas une ou deux fois mais à chaque fois que j'ai payé par chèque (trois jours pour expédier un jour pour effacer c'est quatre jours correctement)
Mon opinion sur cet établissement, même s'il s'agit d'une organisation cherchant à dénoncer la fraude et à restituer l'argent gaspillé au bureaucrate, finit par utiliser les mêmes pratiques de corruption qu'ils tentent de supprimer.
Maby pas toute l'organisation mais la façon dont elle est actuellement conçue me fait penser qu'elle fonctionne un peu comme un -Hypocrite-
Je lui donne 1 étoile même s'il mérite 20 morceaux de charbon.
