Tirez vos propres conclusions sur une transaction TOPS qui dure plus d'un an sans action, mais il est évident que personne ne gère le processus.
Le service ici est comme une piscine remplie de tubes à essai. Un centre de service ne peut s'occuper de sa propre tâche et de son service que dans son tube à essai. Il est obtus de demander des services en dehors de son tube à essai.
Personne ne peut penser en dehors des SOP de l'ACPP qui ne mènent pas à mon travail.
