Prestations de mauvaise qualité et service client quasi inexistant par rapport aux prestations payées au prix fort : nous avons été contraints 1 relocalisation la veille de notre départ à 18h30 dans un hôtel de la même chaîne suite à nos mails envoyés à l'agence leur indiquant que notre hôtel réservé en République Dominicaine a été en grande partie rénové, donc 1 partie importante des prestations ne serait pas assurée. Donc manque d'information des clients lors de la vente de prestations et manque de réactivité de l'agence et du Tour Operator. Aucune excuse ni geste commercial, nous ne ferons plus appel à cette agence pour nos futurs déplacements.
