J'ai décidé que je devrais manger avant de prendre mon vol de 4 heures pour Seattle, en marchant jusqu'à l'entrée de PHX Beer Co. J'ai été accueilli (pas accueilli) par, je suppose, la serveuse? Elle a littéralement roulé des yeux et dans un appartement très je ne suis pas intéressée par ce métier, la voix me dit de m'asseoir là où il y a un menu. Cela dit, elle a tourné sur la plante de son pied et s'est émerveillée. Et moi aussi. Ma plainte concerne entièrement la personne que cet établissement a choisie pour les représenter. J'espère qu'ils réévalueront bientôt cette décision.
Les serveurs sont super gentils. Le gars derrière le bar semble plus intéressé à parler aux dames assises au bar qu'à faire son travail. Il a littéralement fallu 15 minutes pour prendre une bière et il y a environ 12 personnes dans tout l'hôtel. Deux étoiles, une pour la bière savoureuse et une pour la serveuse. Moins trois étoiles pour le barman.
