Quand ma mère est arrivée pour la première fois aux soins de pyjama, les gestionnaires et le personnel étaient extraordinaires, le niveau de soins était fantastique. Bien que ma mère soit presque morte des mains de la maison lorsqu'elle a reçu le mauvais médicament et a cessé de recevoir le médicament qui sauve des vies. Toby, Bogdon et Jessica étaient fantastiques.
Récemment, ma mère a été libérée de la maison de retraite et un nouveau directeur a pris la relève, depuis lors, nous avons trouvé la communication atroce. Nous avons téléphoné à plusieurs reprises pour faire passer un message au responsable, mais nous ne pouvons jamais lui parler et elle ne nous recontacte jamais.

J'étais soignant ici. N'amenez jamais les membres de votre famille bien-aimés ici, ils ne fournissent pas, n'aiment pas de soins ou de protection. Les soins sont horribles, négligés et robotiques. Les travailleurs sont très doués pour faire semblant de donner des soins. Je suggère de garder des caméras cachées dans la chambre de votre famille. Ils ne s'intéressent qu'à l'aspect monétaire. Si un bon soignant ou une bonne infirmière se présente pour changer cet endroit pour le mieux, il vous rabaisse, vous blâme à tort et vous licencie. Si je travaillais à nouveau ici, j'apporterais un panorama avec moi!
