Ils sont une catastrophe. Ils ont la demande d'oxygène de l'action sociale il y a 1 mois et ils répondent que c'est toujours en "validation par un responsable", c'est-à-dire qu'ils n'ont même pas de numéro de commande confirmant qu'ils vont le livrer. Ils ne répondent pas à la demande, ils n'assurent pas, ils mettent en danger la VIE DES GENS. Au dessus tu appelles l'entreprise et non seulement que les opérateurs sont tous mal éduqués, mais qu'ils ne résolvent pas. Ils vous disent toujours « un responsable doit valider votre commande » comme si un employé de l'entreprise était un médecin qui doit autoriser si un patient a besoin d'oxygène ou non. Pami a soulevé la demande de toute urgence et un mois passe et personne ne répond. Vous ne pouvez même pas leur acheter de l'oxygène. S'ils n'ont pas de produits à livrer, ils doivent informer JE N'AI PAS et ne pas mettre la vie des gens en danger. Chaque jour où une personne se prive d'oxygène, non seulement elle risque de mourir, mais tous ses organes se détériorent. Ils n'ont même pas la formation nécessaire pour assister correctement à un appel de cette nature ou au traitement qui devrait être suivi (ou à l'éducation en tant qu'être humain). Une horreur 2021 à vivre comme ça ...

Ils ne servent pas les fournisseurs, ils ne paient pas les factures impayées. COMPAGNIE HORRIBLE
