Courez ne marchez pas après de cette boutique. J'ai acheté deux robes en ligne dans ce magasin. Ils ont refusé le retour en déclarant qu'il y avait un problème à l'intérieur de la robe. Comme je n'ai jamais essayé la robe, je me suis plaint à ma société de carte de crédit et ils ont remboursé mon argent. Bêtement, j'ai encore acheté ici récemment, Donovan m'a aidé. J'ai essayé deux robes et lui ai dit que je ne pouvais pas décider laquelle je voulais porter pour un événement à venir afin que je prenne les deux et que je décide. J'ai demandé le retour et il m'a dit 10 jours. Quand j'ai acheté la robe 1600, on m'a dit que c'était uniquement pour le crédit du magasin. Lorsque Donovan m'a remis mon reçu, il l'a plié en trois pour que je ne puisse pas voir les petits caractères. Quand je me suis plaint, ils ont essentiellement dit "pas de chance". Un magasin vraiment horrible et malhonnête. Rendez-vous chez Barney ou Bergdoff pour votre achat Prozenza Schouler !!

Entré dans leur avec ma femme et mon enfant de 1 an sur une poussette. C'était une journée venteuse et nous étions en désordre.
J'ai trouvé drôle que le personnel ne nous ait prêté aucune attention car nous n'étions pas habillés comme nous étions là-bas pour acheter un sac à 1900 $.
Nous a dit de descendre où était le sac et de jeter un œil. L'associé aux ventes a en fait commencé à aider un client qui passait derrière nous, qui était plutôt habillé comme quelqu'un qui achèterait.
nous avons attendu environ 20 minutes puis l'associé est venu. Je lui ai dit que nous voulions voir des sacs. Elle a dit qu'elle les obtiendrait et qu'elle a ensuite disparu pendant encore 10 minutes. Finalement, un autre membre du personnel travaillant dans l'arrière-boutique a sorti les sacs, je lui ai demandé si elle avait demandé à la PS1 en or, elle a dit oui. J'ai dit que nous allions le prendre, puis elle a commencé à être amicale et accommodante. SMH ...
