I have used their services a couple of times, and while they were able to meet my expectations, I wouldn't say they exceeded them. The communication with their team was okay, but sometimes it took longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as average.
Mon entreprise a fait affaire avec PMG et Digital Eye Candy du 14/12/18 au 20/06/19. PMG devait géolocaliser plusieurs salons pour nous et fournir des données pour partager les résultats, ainsi qu'un reciblage continu pendant les 30 jours suivants le salon. Mes relations étaient principalement avec Catherine qui était ma représentante des ventes, ainsi que Max du côté de la technologie, et à un moment donné, j'ai parlé avec Jim D., le directeur général. Nous étions censés recevoir la géolocalisation sur 3 salons. Ils n'ont pas produit une seule fois la preuve du respect de la géo-clôture. Lors de plusieurs salons professionnels, plus de 10 personnes ont ouvert toutes leurs applications pour voir si TOUT LE MONDE a vu notre annonce, aucun de nous ne l'a fait. En fait, ils m'ont dit que le bug météo était une application sur laquelle ils étaient couramment présentés, j'ai personnellement téléchargé cette application et l'ai ouverte plus de 100 fois pendant le salon. Après la première bévue, ils "nous ont donné plus d'impressions" pour compenser le manque de communication et nous avons senti qu'ils n'ont pas livré. Oh, cerise sur le gâteau, ils nous ont envoyé nos «données» qui n'étaient pas du tout nos données, c'était en fait des données sur un concessionnaire automobile pour lequel ils avaient prétendument travaillé dans le passé. Après avoir souligné cela, je n'ai toujours jamais reçu les données correctes ou applicables de notre émission QUE NOUS AVONS PAYÉ! Les deux prochains salons étaient la même situation, quelqu'un était malade, c'est la semaine du salon et ils sont en train de le rassembler en demandant des numéros de stand, etc. Honnêtement, c'était un cauchemar d'essayer de communiquer avec eux, tout au long de notre transaction. Après le spectacle final, et à plusieurs reprises en essayant d'obtenir des résultats ou la preuve que quoi que ce soit a même été fait, nous avons abandonné! Quel gaspillage de notre argent et de mon temps. Je n'ai jamais eu la course comme je l'ai fait avec PMG et Digital Eye Candy. Je ne ferai jamais affaire avec eux et je ferai attention à quiconque envisage de faire des affaires futures avec eux en fonction de nos interactions. Chaque partie semblait louche et comme si elles n'avaient jamais livré ce que nous avons payé.
