Le Dr Hayes est un chirurgien phénoménal. J'ai eu 2 procédures effectuées par lui, une en 2014 et une autre en décembre 2019. Sa manière de chevet est superbe et il va au-delà pour s'assurer que vous êtes aussi à l'aise que possible, en prenant le temps de répondre à toutes vos questions. J'ai toujours été traité avec gentillesse dans leurs bureaux, que ce soit en personne ou par téléphone. Tout le personnel et les infirmières sont si gentils et minutieux. Vous pouvez dire qu'ils sont fiers de ce qu'ils font.

J'ai eu ma vésicule biliaire enlevée. Bien qu'il ait fallu un certain temps pour le diagnostic (et non la faute du Dr Shaw), la procédure était exactement comme indiqué. Très satisfait du Dr Shaw et de son équipe!

J'ai eu une expérience terrible Aujourd'hui, je suis allé consulter et personne n'est jamais venu me voir ... Tous les autres clients ont été attendus et se sont dépêchés de retourner voir les médecins .. J'ai attendu plus d'une heure et demandé à la réceptionniste 3 fois quand allaient-ils m'accompagner ?? Elle a dit qu'ils n'avaient que 2 médecins aujourd'hui >> Je ne sais pas pourquoi ils m'ont traité différemment..J'étais aussi la seule personne de couleur dans le lobby ... Toujours pas d'appel ni d'excuses pour cette TERRIBLE EXPÉRIENCE !!! JE NE RECOMMANDERAI PAS CET ENDROIT ...
