** MISE À JOUR: J'ai couru le problème ci-dessous par le biais du service des réclamations de mon entreprise de cartes de crédit et ils ont constaté qu'absolument à 100% l'article et le problème que j'ai décrits ci-dessous étaient sous garantie et que cette société était responsable et est toujours responsable d'une résolution, mais ils continuent de le faire complètement ignore moi.**
Nous avons maintenant acheté 3 meubles RASCC et tous les 3 ont eu de sérieux problèmes de qualité.
1. Nous avons acheté un berceau il y a des années et avons dû le retourner immédiatement car les lattes de bois étaient ouvertes en plusieurs endroits. Nous avons possédé 3 lits bébé à peu près au même prix, mais celui du RASCC était de qualité si bon marché, même sans les lattes de bois cassées, cela n'aurait pas valu ce qu'ils facturaient.
2. Nous avons acheté la console Warrenton et bien que nous aimions le look, le bois est visiblement déformé sur l'étagère du haut et il s'incline assez mal.
3. Le plus gros problème pour lequel j'écris cette critique est que nous avons acheté un pouf personnalisé qui "en solde" coûte plus de 3 500 $ et c'est vraiment le plus gros mal de tête et le plus mauvais meuble que j'ai jamais possédé.
Aucun accusé de réception ou réponse en plus d'un an et demi après avoir demandé une réparation.
Il convient également de noter que lorsque j'ai essayé de laisser une critique honnête pour avertir les autres de la qualité du pouf sur leur site Web, ils l'ont empêché de publier, ce qui, je pense, en dit long sur la façon dont cette société fait des affaires.
Cela me rend physiquement malade qu'une entreprise puisse, en toute bonne conscience, facturer aux clients ces prix pour des articles aussi mal fabriqués et ne même pas respecter leurs propres garanties telles qu'énumérées sur leur site Web.
