Je suis allé à mon entretien chez Ram Precision Industries pour un poste de configuration fraiseuse / tournante. J'ai reçu une offre 30 minutes après mon départ et j'ai accepté le poste. J'ai travaillé la première semaine en posant des questions sur les pièces et les machines autant que je le pouvais, chanceux si jamais j'obtenais plus qu'un oui ou un non pour une réponse. Le 4ème jour là-bas, j'ai installé et exécuté une partie en posant quelques questions en cours de route, mais en ai fait la majorité moi-même. Mon 7e jour à ce poste, j'ai été licencié parce qu'on m'a dit que j'agissais comme si je savais tout et que je n'allais pas bien. J'ai confiance en ce que je sais mais je n'ai jamais été une seule fois arrogant ou agi comme si je savais tout. Les gars avec qui je m'entraînais n ont vraiment rien expliqué si je n ai pas demandé. J'ai toujours fait mon travail et tout ce qu'on me demandait, en travaillant pour obtenir ma propre machine afin que je puisse leur montrer que je peux suivre les fiches de configuration et faire le travail qui m'était proposé. Je sens que j'ai aussi été menti et traité injustement dans un laps de temps très court. Je ne recommanderais cet employeur à personne.
