moi et mon fils de 6 ans avons été pris en charge dimanche après-midi par 2 femmes. (malheureusement perdu leurs noms). nous avons eu une collision sur le chaamseweg.
malheureusement, mon fils n'a oublié que sa grande médaille à l'hôpital.
il pensait que le trajet en ambulance était excitant et cool.

L'opérateur du 112 m'a demandé d'emmener un jeune adulte, patient inconscient (en raison des complications d'une opération) à l'hôpital avec sa propre voiture. A quoi a été ajouté « avec ces plaintes le transport assis est parfaitement possible ».
Il ne me semblait pas souhaitable et sûr de faire glisser celui-ci de l'autre côté de la rue jusqu'à la voiture (maintenant cela semble presque drôle). Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques et une situation dégradée, j'ai obtenu un ambu avec la priorité A1.
À l'hôpital, il s'est avéré que le patient s'était en effet battu pour la vie.
Au départ, le RAV ne voulait pas traiter ma plainte. Cela a ensuite été ajusté en «une erreur de procédure a été commise». Des excuses n'ont jamais été présentées.
J'ai tout le respect pour les travailleurs humanitaires. Vous faites du bon travail. Mais résolvez vos erreurs correctement. Ce n'est pas nécessaire avec des montants monétaires. La reconnaissance, le suivi et éventuellement un bouquet de fleurs pour le patient ont été appréciés.
Peter et Wouter 155 étaient des employés très sympathiques et compétents. Au milieu de Waalwijk, ils ont reçu et soigné ma mère.
