Je vis dans une propriété gérée par re / max depuis deux ans. Nous avions quatre ou cinq personnes distinctes pour gérer notre compte / propriété. Nous enverrions un message au gestionnaire immobilier au sujet d'un problème avec la maison juste pour se faire dire qu'ils avaient quitté l'entreprise et parler à quelqu'un d'autre. Ils ne vous contactent en aucun cas pour vous informer des changements de gestion de votre location. Nous avons récemment eu la fuite du vieux chauffe-eau (mon petit ami leur a dit plus tôt qu'il avait des problèmes pour ne pas répondre) et avons dû couper l'eau chaude. Nous attendons un nouveau chauffe-eau depuis une semaine. Ils ont été complètement démotivés et sans excuse quant à l'inconvénient complet qui était évitable à 100% de leur part s'ils en prenaient soin la première fois. Ne louez pas grâce à ces gens !!!

Il faut se méfier!! Ils profiteront pleinement de vous lors de leur déménagement, bonne chance pour récupérer votre dépôt!

Nous essayons d'obtenir une maison de cette entreprise depuis plus d'un mois et nous n'avons toujours pas entendu un mot de leur part. Nous avons mis notre application il y a 3 semaines. Ils n'appelleront pas ou ne rappelleront pas lorsque nous appelons le bureau. N'utilisez pas cet endroit pour trouver une maison. Terrible

Épargnez-vous les ennuis et le stress que cela vous amènera à travailler avec un groupe de personnes non professionnel. Ils ne se soucient pas du tout de vous. Tous les problèmes de maintenance que vous aurez, il leur faudra des semaines pour se pencher. Et ça ne sera toujours pas réparé. La seule fois où ils travaillent assidûment, c'est lorsqu'ils ne reçoivent pas leur argent. Ils sont prompts à VOUS MENER EN TRIBUNAL si vous ne parvenez pas à effectuer un paiement. Ces gens sont impolis et ne s'excuseront jamais lorsqu'ils font une erreur mais s'attendent à ce que vous les traitiez avec respect. VEUILLEZ CONSIDÉRER TOUT AUTRE MAIS REMAX À NORFOLK, VIRGINIA.

Si vous louez via cette société, réparer quelque chose est un réel problème. Le travail prend des mois. Nous avons vécu dans l'endroit que nous louons depuis plus d'un an et demi et envoyer des gens ici pour réparer les choses peut être comme s'arracher les dents et nous attendons et rééchelonnons constamment.
