J'étais l'un des premiers propriétaires de Remax dans la vallée de la Comox, l'entreprise est rapidement devenue le leader de la vallée et n'a jamais regardé en arrière. J'ai lu la critique de Natalie et je ressens sincèrement pour elle, il semblerait que son agent la laisse tomber. Cependant, dépeindre Remax Ocean Pacific comme une entreprise terrible est manifestement injuste pour les 60 agents et plus qui travaillent dur pour aider leurs clients. J'espère que quiconque porte un jugement sur l'entreprise gardera cela à l'esprit. Ma fille Tessa vient de rejoindre Remax en tant qu'agent immobilier Procter Remax de troisième génération dans la vallée, elle travaille dur et ne laissera pas tomber ses clients.

D'après mon expérience avec cette entreprise, je vous suggère fortement de mettre absolument tout par écrit. Je sais que c'est la façon dont vous devez fonctionner à tout moment, mais on pourrait penser que vous pourriez faire confiance à un agent immobilier. Les accords verbaux et les poignées de main ne sont pas respectés par l'associé gérant. Sur deux transactions immobilières différentes maintenant.

Notre agent nous a emmenés dans une seule maison. Elle est arrivée en retard (également en retard à l'inspection) et, en entrant dans la maison, a répondu à son téléphone et a dit: «Regardez à l'étage pendant que je prends cet appel». Elle n'est jamais montée à l'étage, a passé environ 15 minutes à regarder le reste de la maison avec nous, puis nous a dit que nous devrions saisir cette opportunité.
Elle n'a jamais souligné l'horrible fabrication de mauvaise qualité dans toute la maison. Lorsqu'elle a offert des informations sur les améliorations possibles (mettre une fenêtre ici, déplacer la cuisine là-bas), il n'y avait aucune mention du nombre de dizaines de milliers de dollars que coûteraient ces rénovations.
Mon mari et moi assumons l'entière responsabilité de la décision finale d'acheter cette maison. Il n'y avait pas d'arme sur ma tête. Mais, parce que j'ai placé ma confiance dans l'agent, supposé qu'elle avait notre meilleur intérêt à l'esprit et nous informerait (cela fait partie de son argumentaire), je vis actuellement, par rapport à ma résidence précédente, dans un dépotoir.
Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre, mais je pense qu'il est important de partager notre terrible traitement par Ocean Pacific Realty pour aider les autres à vivre une expérience d'achat de maison plus positive.
Ne prenez pas de risque. Travaillez avec quelqu'un d'autre.
