M. Jeremy Gray représentait la vente d'une maison que nous avons achetée. Notre expérience avec lui a été très pauvre et nous avons découvert peu de temps après la fermeture que le peintre qui déclare travailler pour lui et a été embauché par lui pour repeindre l'intérieur, s'est vu dire de se précipiter pour que la maison soit prête à être répertoriée rapidement. Apparemment, il a également dit au peintre de peindre sur de la saleté mais de faire le travail rapidement. Cela avait l'air bien dans l'instant immédiat de la vente, mais peu de temps après, nous avons commencé à se décoller comme une peau d'orange et nous avons également découvert que le bois teinté était taché sur la couche transparente. Nous avons donc commencé à virer à l'orange lorsque nous avons touché la rampe. Juste comme deux exemples de fabrication de mauvaise qualité. Nous avons essayé de contacter Jeremy à plusieurs reprises pour corriger ce problème et en assumer la responsabilité, mais il a d'abord essayé de nous dire que l'anglais du peintre n'est pas bon, donc nous l'avons peut-être mal entendu (nous ne l'avons pas fait) sur la précipitation du travail, puis 2. Pas son problème alors 3. Il a nié l'avoir embauché tous ensemble, ce qui jusque-là avait reconnu l'avoir embauché et nous a même donné le numéro de téléphone du peintre pour obtenir plus d'informations sur les couleurs de peinture. Notre propre agent immobilier a sauvé la mise en nous aidant à commencer à nettoyer ce gâchis. Il est important pour un agent immobilier qui répertorie et vend une maison de tenir haut de l’honnêteté et de l’intégrité et de faire le bien par les vendeurs et les acheteurs. Pour beaucoup d'entre nous, c'est notre plus gros achat que nous ferons jamais et il frappe fort. Nous n'avons pas fait l'expérience des compétences humaines nécessaires chez cet agent immobilier particulier et nous sommes alarmés qu'il pratique et peut-être manipuler les autres.
