Désolé de blesser le nom de tout le bureau, mais Yury Garamyan a vraiment gâché toute mon expérience dans l'immobilier. Son manque de respect flagrant et son ignorance étaient vraiment répréhensibles.

Nous nous sommes mis d'accord sur le prix demandé pour la propriété et le processus de clôture était en cours. L'inspection, l'évaluation, la recherche de titres et le financement ont été effectués. Et 5 jours avant la clôture, la société de titre a découvert qu'il restait des frais d'avantages pour le pied avant de 550 $ par an pendant 17 ans sur la propriété ! C'est 9350 $ de ma poche. Et lorsqu'il a été contacté, ce gars était comme toi, j'ai oublié de le révéler et tu peux annuler le contrat si tu veux. J'avais déjà donné un avis à mon appartement, emballé mes affaires, fait le traitement de mon prêt et mon déménagement entièrement planifié et maintenant il ne veut même plus donner un crédit de 1000 $ pour cela et me demande de partir si je le veux. Il sait que je ne peux pas reculer à ce stade et utilise simplement ce fait. La pire expérience d'agent immobilier de tous les temps.

EBENEZER EKUBAN (BEN) m'a essentiellement pris de l'argent, a dit que j'avais été approuvé pour une location, puis est revenu et a essayé de me facturer le double pour un dépôt de garantie.

Travailler avec Nicole Peters a été une expérience formidable. J'ai été référée par un ami et même si mon mari et moi n'avons pas fini par trouver l'endroit que nous voulions louer, nous savons que nous nous tournerons à nouveau vers Nicole à l'avenir. Recommande fortement!
