Récemment, nous avons déménagé d'Eureka à Santa Rosa et avons utilisé Redwood Moving & Storage parce qu'un professionnel de la région les avait utilisés à plusieurs reprises et les avait recommandés à de nombreuses familles avec lesquelles elle a travaillé au cours des dernières décennies et qui ont déménagé dans la région.

Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Paul Frazier a pris grand soin du processus de devis et a été juste et franc sur chaque détail. La directrice du bureau, Lisa, a fait de son mieux pour maintenir les lignes de communication, même avec des pannes de courant de PG&E pendant 4 jours pendant notre processus de devis et d'acceptation.

Nous n'avons payé que le poids exact de notre chargement. Si l'estimation initiale était supérieure au poids réel après avoir été chargé et pesé, ils abaissent le prix au poids exact. Si l'estimation d'origine était inférieure au poids exact après chargement et pesée, ils honorent l'estimation d'origine et ne nous facturent pas le poids réel de nos biens et augmentent le prix. Dans quelle mesure une entreprise pourrait-elle être plus juste ?

De plus, d'autres entreprises nous ont fait payer d'avance, contrairement à Redwood Movers.

De plus, l'équipage de Mel, David, Daniel et Angel a travaillé sans relâche pendant les 8 heures entières et je n'ai pas eu une seule occasion où j'ai observé un manque de soins, d'effort ou de service. Nous étions en retard dans nos bagages et l'équipage a fait du bon travail en nous aidant à emballer nos dernières affaires et nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps et de tracas.

Nos biens ont été traités avec soin et respect et il n'y a eu aucun dommage à quoi que ce soit d'important. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une expérience merveilleuse et Redwood Moving & Storage sont les meilleurs déménageurs avec lesquels j'ai travaillé depuis plus de 40 ans et environ 25 déménagements au cours de ma vie sur les côtes est et ouest.

Tellement rafraîchissant de trouver des gens honnêtes, éthiques et attentionnés.
