J'aimerais pouvoir laisser 0 étoiles .... mais nous y voilà ... ce bureau est difficile à atteindre, les opérateurs sont souvent impolis et condescendants, la qualité du produit est aléatoire .... malheureusement, notre assurance nous limite à cela bureau et un autre local .... Je n'ai jamais été satisfait de Reed Vision et maintenant qu'il s'agit de Promedica Reed Vision .... le service client a atteint un nouveau creux ....

Il y a quelques années, ils ont surchargé ma femme et moi-même, nous les avons appelés et leur avons parlé plusieurs fois et à chaque fois, nous avons été assurés que l'erreur serait réparée. Nous sommes donc toujours hantés par cette erreur car elle est allée à une agence de recouvrement. Ils ont essayé de nous facturer les choses couvertes par l'assurance et nous ont dit que nous n'avions pas payé notre quote-part. Nous savons tous qu'ils ne laissent personne partir sans que leur quote-part ne soit payée. N'utilisera plus jamais la vision Reed.
