Nous louons une maison de plage sur la plage de Navarre de ResortQuest by Marriott et Vacasa Rentals. Les gens de service sont sympathiques mais n'ont AUCUNE intention de résoudre les problèmes que vous rencontrez avec la propriété. Si vous parlez à ResortQuest by Marriott, ils blâment le propriétaire et / ou Vacasa. Si vous parlez à Vacasa, ils blâment Marriott ou le propriétaire. C'est presque comme s'ils l'avaient fait exprès, pour jouer la balle.
Notre problème spécifique est que nous n'avons pas de WiFi / Internet, et aucun des téléviseurs ne fonctionne car ce sont des téléviseurs intelligents qui ont besoin du WiFi. C'est une affaire énorme pour nous car nous travaillons tous les deux et avons une fille qui suit des cours en ligne. Nous allons probablement devoir quitter nos vacances tôt car nous ne pouvons pas, pas avoir accès à Internet pendant une semaine et l'île est maintenant réservée. Nous essayons de résoudre ce problème depuis 3 jours.
Voici le pire. Aucun des titulaires de compte n'a en fait passé un appel de 10 minutes à AT&T pour voir pourquoi la maison n'a pas de service. Ils refusent d'appeler. Puis ils ont dit, ils soupçonnent que le service de toute l île est en panne ... NOPE. le voisin d'AT & T dit que le sien va bien.
2 réside dans l'écriture.
1) Nous avons confirmé par écrit avant de réserver que toutes les commodités fonctionnaient correctement. Ils ont confirmé par écrit que tel était le cas.
2) Ils nous ont dit que s'ils ne pouvaient pas résoudre ce problème, ils nous réinstalleraient dans une autre propriété. 3 jours plus tard, ils nous ont informés que cela ne pouvait pas être fait.
