L'accord qui vient n'a pas la possibilité de refuser les frais de réapprovisionnement, mais j'ai envoyé un e-mail répétant que je ne voulais pas de l'appareil photo s'ils allaient me facturer les frais de réapprovisionnement de 25%, car c'était l'accord que j'ai conclu lorsque j'ai acheté. Eh bien, l'appareil photo ne se compare pas à la Lenisora ​​que j'ai actuellement.
Premièrement, la Lenisora ​​n'est pas une image aussi granuleuse et elle prend des gros plans, une arche complète et même des photos de visage. RF m'a offert un essai gratuit d'une pièce jointe de 500 $ qui ferait la même chose que la Lenisora. Ils étaient totalement insensibles, ils n'ont pas retourné les appels téléphoniques, ils ont dit qu'ils allaient me rappeler et ils ne l'ont pas fait, ils ont dit que la personne en charge des retours était absente et me répondrait et il ne l'a jamais fait. J'ai envoyé plusieurs courriels qui n'ont pas été retournés, lorsque je suis entré en contact avec quelqu'un, ils n'autorisaient PAS le retour de la marchandise. C'était un exemple étonnant de mauvaise qualité de produit, de service client médiocre, de qualité de vente agressive et de manque de réponse.

Acheté une pièce d'équipement très chère et 2 mois après l'achat, le chargeur a cessé de fonctionner. Ils ont refusé d'honorer toute garantie et n'ont pas du tout aidé à obtenir un nouveau chargeur. L'acheteur se méfie de cette entreprise.
