J'ai commandé pour 6000 $ de comptoirs de cuisine à ce fabricant via Lowes, mais ils sont arrivés dans la mauvaise couleur 2 mois plus tard. L'entreprise a refusé de prendre ses responsabilités et a insisté sur le fait que c'était la couleur que j'avais commandée. Après une heure de confusion de la part des installateurs et plusieurs appels téléphoniques plus tard, les installateurs sont repartis avec les mauvais comptoirs en remorque. Lowes m'a assuré que je recevrais un remboursement à 100%. Après une discussion plus approfondie avec Lowes, le directeur m'a dit que je devrais en fait payer jusqu'à 100% de frais de réapprovisionnement. Nous sommes incroyablement déçus du service client médiocre de rheinschmidt et du fait qu'ils ne nous ont pas donné les comptoirs que nous avons commandés ou n'ont pas corrigé leur erreur. Je ne recommanderais pas.
