TraduitJe suis venu ici pour un service de counseling il y a 2 ans et mon conseiller était incroyable. Elle m'a soutenu dans mes moments les plus difficiles jusqu'à ce que je me connecte avec un autre conseiller en traumatologie à long terme au Women's College Hospital. Plus tard, j'aimerais entrer en contact avec ma conseillère, j'ai entendu dire qu'elle avait quitté son emploi pour aller ailleurs.
Je me suis senti mal à l'idée de voir la critique négative ici car le personnel était impatient d'aider les clients.
Cependant, j'ai entendu un ami qui était bénévole ici parler de cet endroit. Elle m'a dit de ne pas venir d'ici si vous aimeriez être membre du personnel ou bénévole car ce n'est pas un bon environnement pour y travailler. Ils ont vraiment besoin d'un nouveau leadership ou le taux de roulement du personnel est très élevé. Néanmoins, le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Pour le personnel, je donnerais 5 étoiles. J'ai emporté 2 étoiles à cause d'autres problèmes dans cette agence.
