Gary et son équipe sont des personnes professionnelles et soucieuses du détail qui établissent des normes élevées d'excellence esthétique et technique. Ils sont bien préparés avant de commencer la construction et très efficaces pendant le processus de construction. La qualité du travail fini est irréprochable. Nous les utiliserions certainement à nouveau pour tout projet futur.

Rochman Design-Build a construit un ajout majeur à notre maison en 2014-2015. C'était un espace conçu pour un parent âgé qui pourrait plus tard devenir une suite principale et une salle familiale au premier étage. Nos objectifs et nos envies pour la conception ont été attentivement écoutés et le résultat final est spectaculaire.

Notre site présentait de nombreux défis, car il se trouve au bord d'un ravin, et il y avait peu d'espace de niveau disponible, soit pour l'accès par des engins de terrassement, soit pour le stockage des matériaux. Cela a exigé beaucoup de créativité de la part de l'équipe de fondation et de notre menuisier en chef.

La communication, si importante pour nous, a été cohérente tout au long du projet. Nous savions ce qui allait se passer chaque semaine et nous étions tenus au courant des coûts à mesure que le projet avançait. La grande qualité du travail et l'attention portée aux détails étaient évidentes tout au long du projet. Nous avons estimé que tout le monde dans l'entreprise était intéressé à s'assurer que le projet se déroulait bien et à faire le meilleur travail possible.

RDB a également été très attentionné envers nos voisins tout au long du projet; nous avons reçu de nombreux compliments sur la conception et la façon dont elle s'intègre dans le quartier.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre nouvel ajout et serions heureux de travailler à nouveau avec RDB!
