Je suis patiente depuis 11 ans et j'espère l'être encore. Rocky Mtn MS Clinic dispose d'un personnel amical et professionnel, de médecins et de praticiens experts. Ils améliorent constamment leur centre de perfusion interne pour assurer le confort de leurs patients. Je leur donnerais 10 étoiles si je le pouvais.

Les médecins ici sont excellents dans ce qu'ils font. Extrêmement professionnel, superbement compétent et avec une manière de chevet compatissante. J'ai été patient ici et maintenant je suis entre de très bonnes mains.

Nous avons essayé de prendre rendez-vous avec ce bureau aujourd'hui, mais ils ne nous verront pas tant que nous n'aurons pas reçu de diagnostic officiel de SP. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous vous avons été référés. Très inutile. Regardez ailleurs. Pas impressionné.

Je ne peux pas parler des autres médecins, mais le Dr West était horrible. J'ai pris des dispositions spéciales pour quitter le travail tôt et arriver à l'heure, avec tous les documents remplis. Je suis resté en attente pendant près d'une heure, il s'est promené en discutant avec le personnel de la réception. J'ai pu tout savoir d'où venait sa femme, où l'un des membres du personnel est récemment parti en vacances et ainsi de suite. De plus, la salle d'attente était très chaude. Compte tenu de la spécialité de la clinique, on pourrait penser qu'ils seraient sensibles à la température. Finalement, quand ils m'ont mis dans la salle d'examen, le Dr West est entré, parlant à un kilomètre par minute, me disant qu'il avait un autre patient qui attendait. Je pouvais dire qu'il n'avait lu aucune des informations que j'avais mises sur la fiche d'information du patient de 9 pages, car il m'a tout redemandé et n'a jamais vraiment écouté. Je n'y retournerai pas!

Les médecins sont formidables, mais la clinique de perfusion ne fait que s'aggraver. Les infirmières se plaignent constamment, soit de leurs patients exigeants, soit de leur vie. Venir pour une perfusion interrompt leurs conversations et ils sont agacés. Ils sont facilement submergés par les côtés invisibles de la SP - l'émotion, la confusion ou la lenteur.

En gros, c'est comme recevoir un traitement dans n'importe quel autre hôpital où vous êtes un inconvénient pour leur journée. Auparavant, ils traitaient vraiment toute votre SEP et vous comprenaient et vous respectaient en tant qu'être humain, mais ce n'est plus le cas.
