Clare Reed (Digital Informatics & Analytics Manager) et Mark Coker ont fait preuve de négligence et de manque de professionnalisme lors du recrutement pour un rôle dans leur équipe pour les raisons suivantes:
1) Quand j'ai déjà répondu à certaines des questions de Clare dans ma candidature, elle a prétendu que je ne l'avais jamais fait et que je ne les avais jamais prises en compte, ce qui était complètement hors de propos car cela me coûtait le travail!
2) Mark m'interrompait continuellement tout au long de mes réponses et ne prêtait pas attention en pensant comment il allait intervenir, ne me laissant pas finir ce qui perturbait ma concentration et ma performance.
3) Le cahier des charges et l'annonce différaient modérément de ce qui est ressorti de l'entrevue, ce qui était tout à fait hors de propos car cela induisait les candidats en erreur.
4) Il y avait des questions mal formulées avec de fausses implications dans le test, mais Clare stupide m'a marqué pour cela même lorsque j'avais raison!
Évitez ces personnes, elles ne valent pas la peine de travailler avec!
