J'ai acheté un bagage à Rustans Corp lors de l'expo de voyage à SMX le 10 février dernier. J'ai donné ma carte de guichet automatique BDO à la caisse pour un paiement par débit. Longue histoire courte, le caissier imprudent a glissé ma carte deux fois sans dire un mot, le premier pour un montant erroné puis le deuxième pour le montant correct. Malheureusement, lorsque j'ai vérifié mon compte, les deux montants ont été débités et le service client de Rustans n'a même pas pris la peine de m'appeler lorsque j'ai appelé pour me plaindre. Cette certaine Rochelle a continué à envoyer des SMS et m'a même donné une excuse boiteuse selon laquelle c'est la pos qui avait une erreur système. Bonjour!!! Votre caissière m'a dit qu'elle avait annulé le mauvais montant de toute évidence parce qu'elle avait entré un mauvais montant. Maintenant, je dois chasser ma banque pour annuler le montant débité !! Et comme vous avez utilisé un pos mastercard, le temps d'attente minimum pour valider l'incident est de 40 jours. Un tel tracas que vous avez fait !! Et pour une grande entreprise comme la vôtre, c'était un service client très médiocre !! Très très décevant !!!!!
