Arrivée en 2007 bonne compagnie pour débuter au début par un stage, un peu rapide mais qui montre les différents aspects de l'entreprise.
Au début tout va bien, tout rose, mais ensuite, on vous demande plus de temps, plus de travail, des mois d'avantage, moins de bonus.
Ambiance entre collègues au top qui s'est dégradée avec le temps à cause de licenciements à la clé, ou démission de pelle et d'un nouveau management sans queue ni tête!
Avec des managers moins expérimentés que vous mais qui vous explique comment faire votre métier et se donne le mérite à votre place!
C'est la triste fin de Spph. Il faut faire partie de la secte spph pour évaluer et gagner sa vie.
