ABSOLUMENT N'UTILISEZ PAS CETTE SOCIÉTÉ. Nous n'avons eu que des problèmes avec leur service. L'abonnement mensuel ne couvre pas le service, qui semble être régulier tout au long de l'année, et bien plus que le coût de la location ...
Après le décès de notre carrossier, nous avons voulu annuler l'accord sur l'une des machines car elle n'était pas utilisée. Après une bataille, ils l'ont annulé et récupéré ... Ils ont ensuite continué à nous le facturer pendant 7 mois malgré de nombreux e-mails et plaintes, cela a pris autant de temps à résoudre. Hier, nous avons reçu une déclaration demandant l'argent pour une machine qu'ils ont collectée et annulée avec une trace papier heureusement ... Toujours en attente de ces notes de crédit ...

Je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes avec ces gars-là, fais ce qu'ils disent quand ils disent et un joli groupe au téléphone aussi

N'utilisez pas cette société, ils envoient des factures avant les collectes et ne parviennent pas à collecter les déchets, les paiements sont imputés à des factures incorrectes. Nous avons des déchets à ramasser mais personne ne viendra pour le faire. Le service client est atroce, j'ai dû donner une étoile mais ça n'en vaut même pas la peine
